P.E.T.S. Demonstrates Simulated Injection Mold at 2003 NPE
The Plastic Engineering & Technical Services Computer-Aided Engineers (CAE) demonstrate process for proper part filling to achieve simultaneous fill. The mold analysis technology allows customers to properly balance the manifold system to the part design and place into the Plastic Engineering & Technical Services or customers entire mold design.
The Mold Filling Analysis Services simulate processing performance and part condition prior to production. The CAE staff understands the Hot Runner System limitations and demonstrates how all the parts work cohesively and make adjustments based on altered conditions.
